§1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
- "AronPlay," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the AronPlay online gaming platform, accessible at aronplay.com, and its operating entity.
- "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the AronPlay platform in any capacity.

§2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the AronPlay platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as AronPlay's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the AronPlay platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

§3 Eligibility & Age Verification
3.1 Minimum Age Requirement
The AronPlay platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of the jurisdiction from which they access the platform.
Age Restriction: It is a serious criminal offence under Philippine law for any person under the age of 21 to participate in gambling activities. AronPlay actively enforces this restriction and will immediately suspend any account where underage use is suspected, pending full investigation.
3.2 Age Verification Process
AronPlay reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
- Government-issued photo identification (Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID)
- Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)
- Additional documents as required by our compliance team
Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by AronPlay will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
3.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility
You represent and warrant that online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the AronPlay platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform complies with applicable local laws. AronPlay makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
§4 Account Registration
4.1 Registration Requirements
To access real-money gaming features on AronPlay, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
4.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) AronPlay account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. AronPlay employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:
- All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed
- Any bonus balances across all accounts will be forfeited
- Winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided
- Real money balances may be consolidated into a single account at AronPlay's discretion, subject to satisfactory KYC verification
4.3 KYC Verification
AronPlay is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to allowing continued gameplay. The KYC process requires submission of valid government-issued identification and proof of address. AronPlay may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name) to prevent fraud and money laundering.
4.4 Account Accuracy
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is truthful and accurate. AronPlay reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and withhold withdrawals where false or misleading registration information is discovered.
§5 Account Security
5.1 Password Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AronPlay account credentials, including your username and password. AronPlay will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
5.2 Unauthorized Access
You must notify AronPlay immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. AronPlay will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials, or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
5.3 Account Activity Responsibility
All activity conducted through your AronPlay account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. AronPlay treats all instructions received through your account as having been authorized by you, unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.
§6 Deposits & Withdrawals
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
AronPlay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are detailed on the Payment page. AronPlay reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
6.2 Deposit Conditions
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. AronPlay reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name
- Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before withdrawal of associated winnings
- AronPlay reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal
- Processing times for verified accounts are typically under one (1) hour for GCash and PayMaya; bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days
6.4 Currency
All transactions on the AronPlay platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). AronPlay is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.
6.5 Anti-Money Laundering
AronPlay is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation where money laundering or fraud is suspected. Deposits may not be withdrawn without first being used for genuine wagering activity.
§7 Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by AronPlay are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of this period.
7.3 Bonus Abuse
AronPlay strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low-risk wagering strategies to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct that AronPlay determines to be an attempt to gain an unfair advantage from promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified:
- The relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be voided
- The player's account may be suspended or permanently closed
- AronPlay reserves the right to recover any funds withdrawn as a result of bonus abuse
7.4 VIP Club Rewards
AronPlay's VIP Club operates under its own reward structure, with points earned through real-money wagering. VIP points and tier status have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. AronPlay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Club program at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
§8 Gameplay Rules
8.1 Game Rules
Each game available on the AronPlay platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. AronPlay accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand applicable game rules.
8.2 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game, AronPlay reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. AronPlay's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original wager will be provided in the event of a malfunction.
8.3 Bet Limits

8.4 Jackpot Games

In the event of a dispute regarding a jackpot win, AronPlay's server records shall be the definitive source of truth. Jackpot winnings may be subject to phased payment schedules for very large prizes, as detailed in the applicable game rules.
§9 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the AronPlay platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
- Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
- Creating or operating more than one AronPlay account
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity
- Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing AronPlay staff or other players

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the AronPlay platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any AronPlay content without prior written consent
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on AronPlay content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any AronPlay software
- Use AronPlay's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written authorization
§12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, AronPlay's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your AronPlay account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
AronPlay shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
- Loss of data or corruption of data
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind
- Losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or connectivity issues beyond AronPlay's reasonable control
- Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions
- Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit AronPlay's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
§13 Termination & Suspension
13.1 Termination by AronPlay
AronPlay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Provision of false or misleading registration information
- Conduct that AronPlay determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or AronPlay's reputation
- Regulatory or legal requirements
13.2 Effect of Termination
Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any amounts owed to AronPlay) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and provided no fraud or breach of these Terms is involved. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.
13.3 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your AronPlay account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.
§14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the AronPlay platform, you agree to first contact AronPlay's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. AronPlay will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. AronPlay's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
14.3 Regulatory Complaints
AronPlay operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by AronPlay may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
§15 Amendments to These Terms
